Every dent we can pull without paint

Five kinds of work make up almost everything that rolls in. Four are types of damage, one is how we deliver the fix. All of it leaves your factory paint alone. Here is what each one really involves, and what to expect.

Door dings

Door dings and parking dents

These are the round, shallow dents a neighbor's door or a runaway cart leaves in a parking lot. The metal is pushed in but the paint is almost always intact, which makes them the ideal paintless repair and usually the quickest job we do.

Most single door dings are a same-day fix, and many are simple enough that we handle them right in your driveway with mobile service. If you have a cluster of them down one side of the car, we work through them together and price the whole panel fairly.

  • Typically 75 to 150 dollars per ding, see pricing
  • Usually done same day, often while you wait
  • Paint stays original, nothing sanded or sprayed

Hail damage

Hail damage repair

A hard hail cell can leave dozens or even hundreds of small dents across your roof, hood and trunk in a few minutes. It looks overwhelming, but as long as the paint did not break, paintless repair is exactly the right tool. We map the whole car, count the dents, and work them out one at a time.

Because every storm and every car is different, hail is the one job we quote per vehicle after we inspect it, rather than off a flat rate. Heavy hail work is a shop job, not a driveway one, so we book these in rather than running them as mobile service.

  • Priced per vehicle after a free inspection
  • Every dent mapped so nothing gets missed
  • Far faster and cheaper than a full repaint

Creases & bodylines

Crease and bodyline dents

A crease is a long dent where something dragged or pressed along the panel, often right on a bodyline, the sharp styling edge that runs down the side of the car. These stretch the metal more than a round ding does, so they take patience and a careful hand to bring back straight.

Creases are slower work, which is why they start around 200 dollars, but the payoff is the same: no filler and no repaint. When a crease sits right on a bodyline, getting that edge crisp again is the difference between an amateur job and a clean one, and that edge is what we chase.

  • From 200 dollars depending on length, see pricing
  • Bodyline brought back sharp, not rounded off
  • Longer creases may run into a second visit

Minor collision

Minor collision dents

Low-speed bumps happen. A pole in a parking garage, a shopping cart on a hill, a light tap in traffic. When the panel is dented but the paint held, paintless repair can often bring it back without a body shop ever touching it.

The honest test is the paint. If it cracked, flaked or chipped, or if the panel is torn or a body line is folded, that is a body shop repair and we will tell you so straight. We would rather send you to the right fix than take on a job paintless repair cannot finish cleanly. When it is a fit, most of these land in the medium range on our pricing.

  • Works when the paint is unbroken
  • We say plainly if it needs a body shop instead
  • Free estimate tells you which it is, at no cost

Mobile service

Mobile service at your home or work

For most single dents and door dings on a drivable car, we do not need you to come to us at all. We load the tools, drive out to your address anywhere around Yuba City and Marysville, and do the repair in your driveway or the office parking lot.

It is the same work with the same result, just without the trip and the wait. Bigger jobs, hail especially, we book into the shop where the light and setup are right for the panel-by-panel work. Tell us the car and the dent when you ask for an estimate and we will say whether it is a good mobile fit.

  • Covers Yuba City, Marysville and nearby towns
  • Best for door dings and single dents
  • Heavier work is booked into the shop instead
